NON-IDENTIFYING INFORMATION:  Available to adult adoptees (19 and over) and birth relatives upon written request.

FEES:  None at present

PASSIVE REGISTRY:  Is available

ACTIVE SEARCH:  Available to adult adoptees (19 and over) and birth parents, birth grandparents and birth siblings (of adoptees 19 and over) upon written request.

APPLICATION FOR SERVICE:  Number of applications were not reported.

ACCESS/OPENESS:  Access to adoption records granted under the new Adoption Act of November 1, 1998.
