NON-IDENTIFYING INFORMATION:  No fee.  Documents are usually prepared within four weeks. There is a longer wait if staff is reduced and requests increase. Copy of an Order of Adoption document is $15.00.

A fee schedule is available for persons eligible for benefits under the Saskatchewan Assistance Plan or legislation under which social assistance is provided in any other Province or by the Government of Canada through the Unemployment Insurance Act, or for persons attending at a formal educational program full-time.  The Adoption Regulations provide for Ministerial discretion to waive fees:  for example, in cases of serious medical circumstances.
